Client Success Lead

As the leader of Leadium’s Client Success team, you are responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the best possible proactive help to achieve their outbound sales goals and strategically expand their engagement with us.  Our motto is “when our customers succeed, we succeed”. Your job is to build & lead a team that is laser-focused on driving our customer’s success. You’ll be an expert on lead generation and account-based sales campaigns, helping individuals and teams set, achieve, and exceed sales goals. You love building deep partnerships and consulting with clients to lead highly effective sales campaigns.

We are looking for our Client Success Lead to be located in our Las Vegas office.

You'll be responsible for...

  • Recruit and manage a global team of Client Success Managers.
  • Develop and define predictable and scalable methods for onboarding clients.
  • Define and optimize the client success journey.
  • Oversee client touch points and help hands-on to build a strategic sales campaign optimization process.
  • Collaborate with leaders throughout the company (Lead Generation, Sales Development, Marketing, Sales etc.) to ensure all client needs are met and executed.
  • Align closely with the Leadium’s Sales organization for renewals, upsell, cross-sell and to drive seamless handoffs between Sales and Client Success.
  • Build and evolve scalable metrics/goals for the Client Success team.
  • Maintain current knowledge of outbound sales, lead generation, and an understanding of our client’s evolving business challenges/priorities for acquiring new customers.

What you'll need...

  • A true passion for sales. 2+ years of experience in consulting or SaaS Client Success or experience as an Account Executive averaging $15k new monthly contract value.
  • Proven success in a Client Success role & experience managing a team.
  • Excel working in a scrappy startup environment, thrive in ambiguity and be relentlessly resourceful.
  • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for driving revenue and growth.
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others.
  • Ability to travel globally to meet with your team, visit clients, and attend conferences.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Bonus: Experience with outbound sales programs.
